A Cool New Way to Prepare Strawberry Fraisier Dessert

The New Twist On This Parisian Classic Will Surely Be Loved By Many

I am sure that many of you are a fan of strawberries, cakes, and chocolates. I for one is a strawberry, cake, and chocolate addict. Ithis dessert takes strawberries on a new level. A classic fraisier is usually topped with a marzipan, a confection consisting primarily of sugar and honey, but for a new twist, strawberry gel can be used instead.

The sponge cake is the dessert’s base but this time, the cake is molded into smaller circles. The pastry cream filling will add to the sweetness and color. The strawberries around the edge of the base sponge cake makes this dessert more elegant and fresh.

And to make it even more appetizing and irresistible, top it with strawberry gel and garnish with white chocolate curls and fresh strawberries. Sounds oh so yummy, right?
