Adorable Coconut Orange Cake

Sweet and sour delight!

Coconut and orange are not a commonly used together as ingredients for a dessert. But, with a combination of the right flavors and the correct textures, this cake just make it work. This cake looks absolutely adorable with its uneven coconut topping and shards of orange segments lined concentrically on top of the cake.

The two components of this cake are quite easy to make. The first one is the cake itself and the second one is the frosting. The cake is made with orange cake mix preferably with Pillsbury Moist Supreme Creamsicle cake mix and the frosting is made with canned mandarins vanilla cake mix and flaked coconut.
