Caramel has an awesome gentle salty sweet taste and an amazing sticky texture, this recipe incorporates all of those flavors into a creamy cheesecake. The base of the cake is simple enough as it uses crushed graham crackers mixed with melted butter.
The delicious filling is made using cream cheese, whipping cream, sugar which is then mixed together and put onto the formed base. The caramel in then finally added to the combination to tie the whole cheesecake up into a delicious dessert. The cheesecake is then kept refrigerated for a couple of hours to allow the cheesecake to set.
