A crunchy tortilla with a creamy center!
Tortillas are one of my favorites. No matter what you stuff into it, it always is a delight to have. Even though most of the recipes I have followed till now are spicy and cheesy, this recipe is just something out of the blue as it uses sweet and creamy chocolate pudding as its filling.
The recipe makes a tortilla crust flavored with cinnamon and is crunchy with every bite. The soft center compliments this crunchiness so well that you will feel the flavor squirming in your mouth and will keep you asking for more.

Ingredients:
3-4 cups vegetable oil
1 (3.9 ounce) box instant chocolate or chocolate fudge pudding mix
1 3/4 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 package Old El Paso Mini Soft Tortilla Taco Boats (12 count)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
Fresh strawberries, if desired, for serving
