4 oz unsweetened chocolate, chopped
¼ cup Dutch-processed cocoa
1¼ cup boiling water
¾ cup all-purpose flour
¾ cup cake flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
2 sticks butter
1½ cup dark brown sugar
3 eggs
½ cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
