Amazingly Fluffy & Jiggly Japanese Cheesecake

How much do we want to get our hands on a cottony, light, and fluffy cheesecake?  Although I’m a fan of cheesecakes, I want them soft and jiggly.  They simply make me drool and crave all the more.

I’m proud to say that I was able to do a recipe that I found perfect to my liking – the Japanese Cheesecake.  It was just as I wanted – jiggly and fluffy.  It just needs some powdered sugar on top – and it’s ready to go!
