Small Delights!

These mini cherry Bakewell cheesecakes are perfect for any occasion. They are small bite-sized treats which are awesome because everyone can have them without any fuss. They can be served at dinner parties, tea parties or you could even just have them for a snack.

These diverse little treats have a normal crushed biscuit base which is then chilled in the fridge in cupcake tins. The filling is made with cream cheese, eggs and vanilla essence mixture which is then baked and a cherry jam is then added on top which gives it a sweet and tarty taste.
