Cupcakes from heaven
Peanut butter and jelly has been a legendary all American combination. It has stood the test of time, lasting for more than half a century and still is going strong. This recipe uses this combination on something that may seem unconventional at first, but then you take your first bit and can’t stop eating after that. Delicious vanilla cup cakes replace the white bread from the classic PB and J’s and make for a more than suitable replacement.
The vanilla cupcake is topped with a peanut butter icing and a sticky awesome jelly filled center. The contrast in texture of the smooth sticky jelly and the crunchy peanut butter are a perfect combination. A must try for all peanut butter and jelly lovers around the world.

Ingredients:
Peanut Butter and Jelly Cupcakes
1 box white cake mix, plus ingredients on back of box
1 small box sugar free/fat free vanilla instant pudding mix
1 cup grape jelly
Peanut Butter Frosting (recipe & ingredients follow)
Peanut Butter Frosting
1/2 cup butter, softened (1 stick)
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 c milk (if needed, mostly to thin out and make the frosting creamier if it becomes to stiff/thick)
About 6 cups powdered sugar
