Cannoli crepes

Ingredients:

Crepes:
2 large eggs
¾ cup milk
½ cup flour
1 tsp sugar
Filling
1½ cups ricotta cheese
¼ cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup sweetened whipped cream (1/2 cup heavy cream whipped with about 3 tbsp sugar) or substitute whipped topping
⅓ cup mini chocolate chips
Additional whipped cream and chocolate chips for garnish
