Valentine’s Day is the day of love and happiness. To love someone and to be loved is something that everybody needs. This recipe is a perfect example of love. These velvety cheesecake brownies are made in a shape of a heart which is so cute and charming that it will speak those unspoken words on its own.

Start with lining a baking tray with parchment, mix together sugar, vanilla, cocoa, salt and butter in a bowl and stir in food coloring and add eggs. Add in the flour and stir to make the brownie batter. Reserve some of the brownie batter and pour the remaining into the pan. Then prepare the cheese cake layer and spread over the brownie layer. Pour in the remaining batter and swirl with a knife. And Enjoy!
