Instead it requires the baker to work for the chance of embracing its sweet caramel and chocolate flavor.
The base is a fudgy and rich chocolate cake layered with a light caramel cake and then lastly, topped with a simple, light white cake. All three layers add their own touch as they are crowned with a smooth and thick caramel buttercream and chocolate ganache! Yum!

Caramel Buttercream Ingredients:
2 egg whites
2/3 cup sugar
226g butter, at room temperature, cut into cubes
6 tbsp caramel syrup
Chocolate Ganache Ingredients:
1/2 cup cream
120g dark chocolate, chopped
