Thinly sliced banana on graham crackers, pudding and chocolate!

This luscious dessert is one for the banana fans out there. It is a nice blend of bananas, pudding, chocolate and graham crackers, a beautiful muddle of distinctive flavors. The inclusion of bananas in this Chunky Monkey Éclair Cake helps balance the sweetness, making it a good option for those who aren’t hardcore sweet lovers.

This chunky monkey éclair cake recipe makes enough to serve nine persons and has a relatively simple process; you layer the graham cracker with your vanilla pudding mixture and your banana slices, top your éclair cake with a velvety chocolate homemade frosting.
