Classic Chocolate Pudding Pie

This really classic chocolate pudding pie, with a graham cracker crust and whipped cream on top, is an absolute treat. It is easy and delicious. Above all, adding some Vanilla Fleur De Sel to the graham cracker crust gives it the perfect sweet and salty balance most of us will love and will ask for more and more.

This is a simple dessert that is good for any event. Kids will go crazy about it. Each piece with a huge dollop of freshly whipped cream and chocolate shavings, is a heaven for chocolate lovers. This is truly an old school pie that may just bring back some amazing memories.

Ingredients:

For the crust:
2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs about 15 crackers)
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla fleur de sel
8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted

For the pudding filling:
1 5.9 package of instant pudding mix
2 ½ cups milk

For the whipped cream:
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 tablespoon confectioners’ sugar
