Rilakkuma is a fictional character created by a Japanese Aki Kondo. The meaning of the word is “Relaxing Bear” and is made into a stuffed toy also. This recipe just makes this fictional character so realistic that you will think twice before poking it with a spoon or fork. The recipe is courtesy of Rachel who has done a marvelous job.

The bombe cakes made from this recipe are not only eye pleasing, but also a delight to have. The center is filled with some creamy and smooth Nutella mousse while the base is a very delicious and chocolaty sponge cake. Enjoy!
