Cookies redefined!

Cookies are loved by all but no other cookie is loved more than the classic chocolate chip cookie. In this recipe, the delicious chocolate chip cookie takes up a completely different role and is not used as a flavor or a topping but its dough is used as a base. The soft creamy filling of the pie is a perfect complement to the crunchy, chewy and chocolaty base of the dish .
