Ingredients:

Cheesecake Filling:
6 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
¼ cup + 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
1 large egg (room temperature)
½ tsp vanilla
1 Tbsp + 2 tsps all-purpose flour
1½ oz dark chocolate (melted & cooled)

Chocolate Bundt Cake:
6 Tbsp Dutch-processed cocoa (plus extra for dusting)
3 Tbsp black cocoa*
4½ oz dark chocolate (finely chopped)
1½ tsp espresso powder
½ cup boiling water
¾ cup buttermilk (room temperature)
1⅓ cup all-purpose flour
¾ tsp salt
¾ tsp baking soda
½ cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
1½ cups light brown sugar (packed)
4 large eggs (room temperature)
1½ tsp vanilla
