Quick Easy and Awesome!

These cupcakes are amazing if you need to make large quantities of cupcakes in a limited period of time and if said cupcakes need to be delicious. These cupcakes have it all delicious frosting a very slightly hard crust over a soft, moist and luscious cake baked in the form of a cupcake.

The coconut flavor is imparted to the cupcakes through the icing which uses cream of coconut. These bite sized treats are amazing to make with kids as they are simple to make so it won’t entail long complex instructions and the process is a fun one . The complete dessert made with mostly readymade ingredients which makes it an easy dessert to make.

1 Box (18.25oz) PIllsbury Classic White Cake Mix
1 Cup Water
1/3 Cup Oil
4 Egg Whites
1/4 Cup Cream of Coconut
1 16 oz Pillsburty Classic White Frosting
1 Tbsp Coffee Mate Coconut Creme Coffee Creamer
1/2 Tbsp Coconut Extract
1/2 Cup Coconut Flakes Give or Take
