Cheesecake is loved by one and all and so are cookies, this recipe does the smart thing and combines these two delicious desserts into one delectable sweet treat. The cheese cake is made with a cookie dough and a digestive biscuit crumb base which consists of the crumb on the bottom and homemade cookie dough on top. Greek yogurt is used with cream cheese in the filling of the cheesecake, the yogurt gives the recipe a new dimension of flavor.
