1 cup graham cracker crumbs
4 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons butter, melted
8 0z cream cheese, softened
1 egg, room temperature
1/3 cup of sugar
1 tablespoon flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 medium carrot, peeled and finely grated
1/4 – 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 lemon extract (or a squeeze of lemon juice)
