Delicious No Bake Butter Biscuit Cake

No-bake biscuit goodness!

There are so many versions of a butter biscuit cake. It’s also ridiculously simple to create in any small kitchen. You don’t need that much time and preparation for this dish, and everyone will be singing you compliments for days.

Enjoy the layered pudding and butter biscuits with some whipped cream and a glass of warm milk. It’s a great comfort food for children on a cold day, or for the middle of the night when they are having trouble with falling asleep.
You can also personalize it in so many ways by adding your own mix of flavors. It’s that easy.

Ingredients:

about 2 lb (more or less) butter biscuits (rectangular butter cookies, crunchy)
2 (1.7 oz each) chocolate pudding powder (not the instant one)
2 ½ cups milk, for pudding
6 tbsp of sugar
2 tbsp (or more if you like sweeter) powdered, confectioners sugar
2 sticks butter or margarine, unsalted, room temperature
Whipped cream
2 cups (or as needed) milk, warm, to soak the biscuits
