Delightful Crème Brule Cheesecake Bars

Fusion at its best!

Cheesecake is a desert that is loved by most people and so is Crème Brule. This recipe takes advantage of both those facts and fuses both these renowned dessert recipes into a fantastic dessert. This dessert consists of three main components namely, the base, the cheesecake and the garnish.

The base gives the whole recipe legs to stand on as its crunchy texture is a contrast to the soft and smooth texture of the cheesecake filling. After you’ve given the filling to set, use a blowtorch to Brule the top of the cake to give it a lovely golden brown look. You can top it all off with a garnish of whipped cream raspberries and a mint leaf. Enjoy!
