3 eggs
½ c. vegetable oil
¾ c. caramel ice cream topping, divided
1 (8 oz.) pkg, cream cheese, room temperature
2 Tbsp. milk
1 c. powdered sugar
1½ c. whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
