Mouthfuls of cookie delight

S’mores are something everybody loves. The perfect fire side snack they are enjoyed at your houses fireplace or around a camp fire. This recipe takes this classic campfire delight and puts it into freshly baked cookie cups. The cookie cups are made out of standard homemade cookie dough with the addition of vanilla extract for an extra dimension in flavor of the base.

The marshmallows are kept in the delicious cookie cups and then broiled in the oven for around a minute or so, but be sure to keep a vigilant eye on them as the difference between perfectly cooked and burnt. Add a piece of chocolate before adding the marshmallows for a chocolaty surprise at the bottom. Enjoy!
