Simple and amazing chocolate mint poke cake!
There are quite a few people who still haven’t tried a poke cake. More often, it is because they don’t yet know how they are made or they are thinking that it is difficult to make. So lets change that notion and start making this easy but super delicious Grasshopper poke cake.
To make things simple, we are going to use ready-made chocolate cake mix as well as instant chocolate pudding mix. The trick to making the poke cakes is well… To poke some holes in the cake once it is baked. The moment you take it out of the oven and open the holes, pour the pudding in there and finish it off with your favorite toppings. This will keep the cake moist. But, what makes this grasshopper poke cake stand above all simple cake recipes is its chocolaty and minty flavor! Enjoy!

1 box chocolate cake mix (with ingredients)
3/4 cup Andes creme de menthe baking chips
1 box (3.9oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
2 cup milk
1 1/4 cup hot fudge sauce
16 oz Cool Whip
1/2 tsp mint extract
green food coloring
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
