Easy, Bo Beasy!

This is a no bake cheesecake and simpler than real cheesecake but it is richer and creamier than the baked variety.
The melted marshmallow mixed with softened cream cheese, folded in whipped cream topping and poured on a graham cracker crust is truly amazing. It can be served plain, but you can top it with Nutella for additional taste.

This cake is delicious and looks great. If your kids love marshmallows, then this can be a great treat for them, on their birthday party or any other get together. This just looks gorgeous and a treat for the taste buds. This is an adorable cake and super easy to make!

Ingredients:

1 package (about 40) regular sized Marshmallows
3/4 Cup Milk (I used 2%)
2, 8 oz. packages cream cheese, softened
1 tub whipped topping
