When it comes to Italian desserts, a cannoli is a classic. To make one, start with the filling. You need a mixture of sugar, ricotta cheese, granulated sugar and vanilla extract. Put the mixture in a bowl then refrigerate. For the crust, you can just buy a ready-made one. Sprinkle off some cinnamon sugar over the crust and cut it using a 3-inch cookie cutter. Put the cutouts into the cupcake pan and bake it under 425 degrees for 10 minutes.
Let it cool off for a few minutes and you are ready to finish it off. Pipe in the refrigerated filling in the crust evenly. Serve and enjoy!
