We have all had various kinds of cakes before but it is quite seldom that someone ever mentions having tasted a ‘Mint Choco Chip Layer Cake’. The most important attribute of this cake is its height. Its got 4 layers of goodness and chocolaty taste. The best part is that it has a fresh mint icing which gives it an appealing look and a minty taste.

The cake is easy and a lot of fun to make as it involves decoration which gives room for creativity and can be done using crystallized mint leaves and extra choc chips.
