This is another fantastic summer dessert. It is very easy to make and absolutely delicious. The recipe is quite simple and easy to follow. You can also try this recipe with raspberries instead of strawberries, and although it probably means that it will no longer be called Eton Mess, it is still very delicious and your family will love it.

The ingredients below serves 3 people, and of course you can use double or half to serve more or less people.

– 2 Egg Whites
– 100g Caster Sugar
– 300g Strawberries
– 280ml Double Cream
– Strawberry Sauce
– Mint
