Chocolate cakes are one of those treats for whom I am really thankful to the human kind. The one thing that makes me really amazed is the way by which we were able to create such tasty, sweet, soft and rich treat certainly made for the Gods. This recipe just turns my words into reality when I say “Made for Gods”.
This recipe is so splendid that you won’t be able to keep your mind off of this cake once you catch a glimpse of it. It’s a dark chocolate cake and is so amazing that every bite you will take will make you even more allured by its presence.

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, plus 2 teaspoons, melted but not hot, for greasing pan
1 ounce (1/8 cup) unsweetened chocolate, finely chopped
1/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
¼ cup cocoa powder
1 large egg
6 large egg yolks
¼ cup plus 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 tablespoon honey
4 large egg whites
