Extraordinary Oreo Cookie Pancakes

For The Chocolate Pancake

  • 10 Oreo Cookies
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • butter

For The Chocolate Syrup

  • 1 cup confectionery sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 3-4 tbsp light corn syrup
  • 3-4 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For The Cream Filling

  • 1 cup vegetable shortening
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup confectionery sugar


To Make The Chocolate Pancakes

  1. Crush about 10 Oreo Cookies in a food processor or blender, add 1/4 cup flour and 1 tsp baking soda and mix well.

  2. Add 2 eggs, one at a time. Add 1 tbsp milk and mix. 

  3. Now that you have made the chocolate pancake batter, its time to melt the butter in a heated skillet, melt the butter.

  4. Add about 1/4 cup of pancake batter to the skillet. When they form bubbles and get dark around the edges, flip them over and cook for another 30-60 seconds.

  5. While waiting for the pancake to cook, prepare the chocolate syrup.

  6. Mix 1 cup confectionery sugar and 1/4 cup of cocoa powder, 3-4 tbsp of water and 3-4 tbsp of light corn syrup. Add 1 tsp vanilla extract and blend.

  7. To make the cream, add 1 cup of vegetable shortening, 1 tsp vanilla extract, and 1 cup confectionery sugar in food processor and blend well.

  8. When done, place 1 pancake in a plate and dd a layer of cream filling on top. Add another pancake and repeat the same process until the desired number of pancakes is reached.

  9. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and serve. Enjoy!
