These brownies are extreme! They’re fudgy, dark and chocolatey, full of Oreos, and topped with a mouthwatering fluffy white frosting! Everything that anyone with sweet tooth will wish to have everyday.
These brownies are full off Oreos and a lot of chocolate inside and outside. They are like paradise for chocolate lovers. This recipe is going to drive you crazy…It’s pure perfection!

Ingredients:
For the Brownies:
2 sticks (1 cup or 8 ounces) unsalted butter
1 1/3 cups 60% cacao bittersweet chocolate chips (I used Hershey’s Special Dark)
4 large eggs
2 cups granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon cake flour
1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder (Dutch process or regular or Special Dark)
15 Oreo Cookies (or, if you can find them, use the White Fudge Covered Oreos)
For the Fluffy White Frosting:
8 tablespoons vegetable shortening (Crisco)
1/2 stick (1/4 cup) unsalted butter, softened
1 cup marshmallow creme (such as Fluff)
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste (or another 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract)
1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
Topping:
About 1 1/4 cups (or more) Oreo Mini Cookies
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
2 teaspoons very hot water
