Delicate Delights!

This freestanding chocolate lace is perfect for sprucing up any desert. Made with two types of chocolate this lacing is perfect for housing cheese cakes, puddings and mousses. The video also demonstrates how to pipe a beautiful chocolate lace around any desert using parchment paper templates.

The lace cups are divided in to two parts, the bottom with a combination of both white and dark chocolate and the top part consisting of dark chocolate and also illustrates various sample designs for the lace cups which are pretty basic but amazing to look at .
For best results use piping chocolate as it is easier to handle and pipe.
