We all know that mini things are cuter. This is also true when we talk about cakes and cookies. Mini cakes are more interesting and more delicious. Even though this cake comes together easily and quickly enough for a weeknight, it could be a cute date night dessert, an afternoon dessert, or as a mini birthday cake… a mini-cake’s presence would be welcomed anywhere.
You can make it and have a good lazy Tuesday, or you can share it with friend. But I don’t believe that you will want to share this pretty with somebody else.
