Fabulous Sakura (Cherry Blossoms) No-bake Cheesecake Recipe

  • sakura soba bolo ((you can use other cookies))
  • 1 tbsp instant gelatin powder ((melt with water))
  • 200 ml fresh cream
  • 60 g sugar
  • lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp instant gelatin
  • hot water
  • sake(rice wine) (if desired)
  • natural food color
  • salted cherry flowers
  • 1 tbsp sugar
