Fresh And Raw Double Chocolate Orange Cheesecake

This is a great no bake dessert!

Many would like to have a dessert serve on their table, but not all would love to bake. This is a novelty cheesecake that needs no baking. This is “Raw double chocolate orange cheesecake”. Some food are best eaten when raw such as fruits but how about for a dessert?

This recipe is a three layered cake with chocolate toppings. The base is made out of chocolate brownies with Brazil nuts, walnuts, maple syrup, and also cocoa powder. The second layer is chocolate cheesecake with soaked cashew (at least 6 hours). The third layer is the orange cheesecake, with zest and juice of oranges. Lastly, the topping is made out of liquid coconut, carob powder, maple syrup and orange essential oil. A unique recipe created not just for non-bakers but for all.

Ingredients:

Chocolate Brownie Base
⅓ cup (45g) brazil nuts
⅓ cup (40g) walnuts
8-9 Medjool dates
2 Tbsp maple syrup
3 Tbsp carob powder (or Cacao)
1-2 Tbsp water

Chocolate Cheesecake
1½ cups (200g) cashews (soaked overnight, or for at least 6 hours)
1tsp vanilla bean paste (or extract)
½ cup (60g) cacao powder (or carob)
⅓ cup (70ml) liquid coconut oil
⅓ cup (70ml) maple syrup
⅓ cup (70ml) water

Orange Cheesecake
1 cup (150g) cashews (soaked overnight, or for at least 6 hours)
¼ cup maple syrup
1tsp vanilla bean paste (or extract)
½ cup (118ml) liquid coconut oil
2 Tbsp coconut butter
Juice of two oranges
Zest of two oranges
4 drops orange essential oil (optional)

Chocolate Topping
2 large tablespoons of liquid coconut oil
3 large tablespoons of carob powder (or cacao)
3 Tbsp maple syrup
2-3 drops orange essential oil
