Strawberries are so sweet and amazing that they are favorite of many. It’s a much awaited summer fruit and is great. These berries are juicy to the core and fill your mouth with a refreshing flavor. This recipe makes the perfect strawberry rolls made of these juicy berries and strawberry jam to make it even more tantalizing.
The recipe requires making dough of milk, dry yeast, egg, sugar, margarine, all-purpose flour, and a pinch of salt. The filling is made from chopped strawberries and strawberry jam. Top it off with some cream cheese icing and the rolls are ready to be served. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
For dough
½ cup milk
1 tsp active dry yeast
1 egg
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup margarine (or butter)
2 cups all purpose flour
pinch of salt
For filling
1 cup strawberries, chopped
½ cup to ¾ cup strawberry jam
For Cream Cheese Icing
½ cup cream cheese at room temperature
3 tbsp butter, softened
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup to 1½ cups powdered sugar
