A Cool And Minty Treat!

Ice cream is one of best desserts of all time. When I was a kid, I would get so excited, whenever my mom would buy us ice cream. I never could understand that strange craving and maybe some questions are better left unanswered (I mean just enjoy the moment). Those were the days when I was telling myself that someday, I am gonna make my very own ice cream. And I did. The other day I found this amazing mint chocolate chip ice cream recipe which is just impeccable.

The ice cream made from this recipe requires few ingredients and the results are just extraordinary. Just add some mini chocolate chips to the ice cream and serve cold right out of the freezer. Enjoy!
