Awesome for the summer
The Pistachio Ice box cake is truly one for the ages as it tastes like a summer classic and is truly legendary. Once you taste it, you are bound to agree with me. This ice box cake uses an instant pistachio pudding mix to make things easier during prep. The cake itself is topped with whipped cream giving it a very airy density.
Making this dessert is a piece of cake(pun intended) as it only takes about 10 minutes to prepare and about half an hour in the fridge. You can top the cake with chopped pistachios to make the cake more presentable.

2¼ cups cold milk
8 oz whipped topping
