Mouthwatering Bruleed Vanilla-Bean Cheesecake

The crust is made from grounded graham crackers, sugar, salt and melted butter. For the filling, it is a combination of cream cheese, sour cream, egg, salt, granulated sugar and the unusual ingredient, a vanilla bean. Pour the filling over the crust and bake it under 350 degrees for 30 minutes. For the special part, put an equal amount of sugar on top of your cheesecake. Use a kitchen torch to slightly heat the sugar. For a further twist, top it off with a sugar crown which is made up of sugar, corn syrup, and water. You can now enjoy your dessert with a twist!
