Mouthwatering No Bake Lemon Cheesecake

When we talk about no-bake goodies, we almost always think of them as low-quality and boring versions.  This no-bake lemon cheesecake proves us wrong.  The key here is in the firmness of the crust and the consistency of the cheesecake filling.

For starters, just follow the basic procedure in making a no-bake crust.  Don’t forget to mix evenly, and to press firmly into the tin to make a solid crust.  Chill for ½ hour.  After mixing all the other ingredients, take out the prepared crust and pour in all the mixture, and chill again for at least 4 hours.  After 4 hours, serve and enjoy!
