Cheesecake always make my mouth water., of course, only if it’s been made well and this no bake cheese cake is made to perfection. This creamy crunchy delight has multiple layers of delight, with its oatmeal cream pie base and creamy cheesecake filling. This recipe is heaven on the tongue.
The best thing about the Oatmeal cream pie crust is the fact that it has cream in between two layers of cookies making the texture of the whole desert more dynamic. The fact that this desert is a no bake variant of the classic cheesecake makes it much easier to make and quicker to prepare.

15 oatmeal cream pies, divided
24 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup molasses
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp allspice
