The cookies soak in the moisture from the cream resulting in an amazing cake like dessert without any baking. The recipe is primarily based upon the Original Chips Ahoy Cookies which are used on the base and most other parts of the dessert.

BOTTOM LAYER
24 whole Oreo cookies
1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
PEANUT BUTTER FILLING
1 cup creamy peanut butter
4 tablespoons butter, softened to room temperature
1 cup confectioners’ sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
CHOCOLATE TOPPING
5 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, like Bakers or Ghirardelli brands
