Easy No Bake Cheesecake

This vegan Cheesecake recipe is a healthy one and will be a good choice for weight watchers, diabetics and about everyone that like to treat themselves to a healthier dessert. It is packed with proteins, healthy fats and sugar from dates as opposed to processed white sugar that is used in regular cheesecake recipes. It also contians natural ingredients that are good for your body. Ingredients:

Crust Ingredients:

2 cups raw walnuts.

1/2 a cup pitted dates.

Filling “Cheese” Ingredients:

3 cups raw cashews.

1/2 cup agave nectar

1/4 a cup lemon juice

1 tsp  vanilla extract

3/4 cup  coconut oil.

Raspberry Sauce Ingredients

1/2 a bag of Frozen Raspberries

4 – 6 additional dates

1/4 cup or more agave nectar
