This cheesecake may be one of the easiest recipes in the world but the flavor is far from simple. An easy recipe with a few steps to recreate a little piece of heaven in your mouth.

All cheesecakes are delicious. This cheesecake is not only delicious but is so simple to make. The textures are also amazing, with the biscuit crumb base, rich and creamy smooth filling and tangy strawberry topping.





The only difficult thing about making this cheesecake, is waiting for it to set in the fridge.

Scrumptious Cheesecake Made Easy

  • 120 g biscuits or cookies. (You can use as you want.)
  • 50 g softened butter
  • 500 g of whipping cream
  • 500 g soft cheese. ((philadelphia style))
  • 15 g neutral gelatin powder. (This equivalent to eight sheets of gelatin.)
  • 100 g 3.5oz
  • 400 g strawberry jam or that you like. 14 oz.
  1. Break with hands some cookies and put them in a American blender or food processor. Add softened butter and grind everything well. If you don´t have an American blender, you can do with a whisk.

  2. When cookies be as a kind of grit, put it on the removable pie pan with a spoon, while crushing every over bottom of pan. This will be the base of our cake. Once fact , put it in the fridge while performing the following steps.

  3. In a stewpot over medium heat, put whipping cream, cheese and sugar. Stir it constantly while warming and integrating all ingredients.

  4. When it’s hot but not to boil, remove from fire and add neutral gelatin. Stir well to integrate with the other ingredients and then mix

  5. Then, without letting it cool, put this mixture over the biscuit base we had done before. let it temper 10 minutes and then put in the fridge for a minimum of four hours.

  6. Past time, the cake will be curdled. Finally, put strawberry jam, or you like on the surface. Extend it to cover all well. Unmolding and… voilà! Enjoy!
