Ingredients:

For the cake layer:
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
½ cup buttermilk
1 1/2 cups finally chopped apples
1/2 cup pecans, toasted & chopped

For the cheesecake layer:
3 cups powdered sugar
8 oz cream cheese
2 eggs
¼ cup oatmeal
