A dessert made with mozzarella cheese, cream and a drizzle of sugar syrup!

Lebanese cuisine is one of my favourites. Their food has an abundant amount of starches, whole grain, fruits, vegetables, and seafood as well. Not only is the main course a delight to have but their desserts are as good as their food. This recipe is an example of such a dessert that you will never forget.

This recipe aims at making a dessert comprising of mozzarella cheese stuffed with sweet and creamy whipped cream. This soft and sweet Mozzarella dessert looks great with a little finely chopped pistachio sprinkled on top with maraschino cherries cut and placed right on top with some sugar syrup drizzled on it.
