Special Cream Cheese Squares

Yummy cream cheese in squares!

If you’re feeling a little ambitious, why not put your baking skills to the test with this great Cream Cheese Squares recipe. These bars are a playful twist to a classic cream cheese dessert. You can use this recipe to create a sweet little present for you kids or even take it to an event. I mean, who doesn’t love cream cheese?

Here is some of what you’ll need: two tubes or crescent dough, cream cheese and an egg. The directions are fairly simple and the cream cheese squares only takes about thirty minutes to bake. After, you can cool, sliced into bars, enjoy and/or share!

2 (8 ounce) cans refrigerated crescent roll dough

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese

1 cup white sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup margarine, melted

1/4 cup white sugar

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
