A twist to classical strawberries and cream!

Try jazzing up the traditional strawberry and cream combination by adding in some graham crackers and making yourself a nice sandwich. However, this version is a chilly alternative for a hot afternoon snack. They are comparable to an ice cream sandwich except made with cool whipped instead of ice cream. They can be easily reformed easily to include more of your favorite flavor combinations.

However for this version, all you’ll need are cool whip, diced strawberries and graham crackers. Combine the strawberries and cool whip, then secure the mixture between two graham crackers, chill and then ta da… your own strawberries and cream sandwich.

½ cup COOL WHIP whipped topping, thawed
¼ cup diced strawberries
6 graham cracker squares (3 sheets broken in half)
