Strawberry Bavarois Recipe.

This pudding dessert is perfect for the summer. It is A creamy, rich vanilla topping on a ludicrously tasty, crunchy, nutty biscuit base, encased in strawberries. It is called bavarois as it has originated in Bavaria. It looks like Cheesecake, but it is not cheesecake, nevertheless it taste soooo goooood…. You should try it!

You can replace the pistachios and almond or leave them out completely if you or someone in the family is allergic to nuts.
