1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons PLUS 2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 packages (8oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 container (1.5 quart) Breyer’s vanilla ice cream
